Entering into the flow.
“The flow” is not an elusive thing that comes and goes – although sometimes it may feel that way.
The flow starts with a state of mind and level of consciousness. It is much easier to enter into a state of flow when your field is clear of fears, judgment, worry, angst, uncertainty, and impatience.
You enter flow through the portal of the heart. Ways to achieve this are through gratitude and appreciation and viewing the small things as a gift.
Morning routines can also support you in achieving this state. A morning routine that allows you to connect to your own soul and heart essence – and to connect and receive from Divine/Source/God/Universe.
Accessing flow more effortlessly happens as a result of showing up in your truth and in alignment with who you are at a soul level.
The closer you align to this truth – the truth of your soul, the more flow you will experience.
The journey to aligning with the truth of your soul is different for each individual and is found by many methods and modalities. The core of it all is to heal the parts of you that were hidden away, and to shine light on the aspects of you that haven’t felt safe to be seen.
Remember to honor where you are in each “now” moment and to express gratitude for how far you’ve come. There are deeper layers to explore and it is unnecessary to focus on “having not arrived” yet. This will keep you stuck in loops and cycles that ultimately don’t serve you.
You are exactly where you need to be. Remain open to all possibilities and focus on being the best version of you today – while holding (lightly) a vision of the version of who that you are calling in. Stay truthful and present and you will be in “the flow.”
